Permission to provide content
Customers must confirm they have permission or the right to provide submitted content, including photographs and personal details.
Sensitive content
Customers can tell Dear You what must not be mentioned. These exclusions are carried into the order record and QA checklist.
Supported uploads
The V1 journey is prepared for JPG, PNG and WEBP image uploads with captions, display order and private storage references.
