Submitted stories, songs, photographs, recordings and personal information are used to create and deliver the requested Dear You experience. They are not used publicly for marketing without separate permission.
Private delivery
Customer materials and finished experiences are prepared for private storage and non-discoverable delivery links. Final retention and deletion periods will be confirmed before launch.
Your permission
Customers must confirm they have the necessary rights or permission to provide submitted photographs, recordings, names, memories and other personal information. Purchase permission and marketing permission remain separate.
