Every Dear You creation is made individually using the story, preferences and materials you provide.
Change of mind
We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind once your applicable statutory cancellation right has ended.
Work during the cancellation period
Where you request that we begin work or supply digital content during the statutory cancellation period, we will obtain the express consent and acknowledgement required by law before doing so.
Your statutory rights
If your order is faulty, not as described, or we fail to provide the agreed service, your statutory rights remain unaffected. Please contact hello@thegoodnod.com so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.
Revisions
Your package’s included revision rounds remain available under the agreed package terms.
