Included revisions
With Love includes one revision round. Love, Always and Dear You include two. A revision means reasonable amendments within the original creative brief; choosing a completely new song, story or creative direction after production has begun is not a standard revision.
Personalised work and cancellation
At checkout, customers will actively request that personalised work and supply begin and acknowledge that cancellation rights may be affected once performance or supply begins where permitted by law. This does not affect statutory rights.
Accuracy and quality concerns
